Director of Finance & Operations

Saranam is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Finance & Operations to join our leadership team. This executive-level position serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and provides oversight of finance, operations, human resources, facilities, and organizational systems.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in nonprofit management, financial oversight, team leadership, and organizational growth. This role will help ensure Saranam's long-term sustainability while supporting our expansion, multi-site operations, and future replication efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, finance, or organizational management
• Strong financial, HR, and operational expertise
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred

Adult Life Skills Instructor-Effective Communication

Provides foundational life skills instruction for adult learners designed to assist students to become a more effective communicator. Being a leader of a family and a leader at work requires students to develop skills that are practiced daily. Adult Life Skills Instructor-Life Management

Provides foundational instruction for adult learners designed to provide a framework for Saranam parents to establish priorities and goals for the next two years, as well as strategies to succeed in achieving those ends.  Topics include time management, organizational skills, managing stress, growth mindset, study skills, test taking strategies, wellness, goal setting, financial planning, and household management. This is a contract position beginning in late August 2026 through December 2026, with the possibility of further assignments on a per semester basis. Adult Basic Education Instructor– Science and Mathematics
