Case Manager, Full-Time (Albuquerque, NM)
Saranam is seeking to fill a full-time Case Manager position. Why should you work for us? You will have a small, stable caseload, working with parents who are pursuing a full-time education. Your role is one of supporting them to reach their goals, providing resources, and being an accountability partner. You will work with families for up to two years – this gives you the opportunity to get to know families intimately and witness their significant transformation. You will become part of a positive and supportive team who all work together to provide families with the skills, education and opportunities that lead them to independence and stability. We have low staff turnover and high standards. We offer a signing bonus and a generous monthly health stipend.
